About the Luxembourg Research Clinic and this website
The Luxembourg Research Clinic – Fuerschungsklinik Lëtzebuerg (“LRC”) is a Common Research Platform established by the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL), the Centre Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM), the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS), the Centre Hospitalier du Nord (CHdN), the University of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Institute of Health (“LIH”) (together, the “LRC Partners”).
The LRC does not constitute a separate legal entity and does not possess independent legal personality.
The website https://researchclinic.lu/ (the “Site”) is operated and administered by the Luxembourg Institute of Health (“LIH”), acting in its capacity as coordinating institution of the LRC. LIH is the legal entity responsible for the administration, management and operation of the Site.
Accordingly, any reference in these Terms of Use to “we”, “us” or “our” shall be construed as a reference to LIH acting in that capacity.
The use of the Site is governed by the legal notices, terms of use and data protection documentation adopted by LIH, as supplemented, adapted or specified for the purposes of the Site and, where applicable, to reflect the collaborative nature of the LRC.
