LIH contributes to ambitious EU project
The Luxembourg Research Clinic (LRC) and the LIH Department of Medical Informatics are contributing to the European Joint Action on Personalised Cancer Medicine, an extensive collaboration involving 29 countries and more than 140 partner organisations. Through practical pilot projects and the exchange of expertise, the initiative aims to improve cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up by adapting care to each patient’s individual profile. The LRC is helping to translate these innovative approaches into clinical practice, notably by supporting advanced diagnostics, tailored treatment strategies and the further development of Molecular Tumour Boards in Luxembourg.
